College game day varies for each school, but one thing remains constant, and that's the importance of having an outfit that fits the occasion and is different from the rest. Since I go to Penn State (aka the best school EVER), and there is a such a wide rang of  temperature for game days, I am going to show you a variety of options for any type of weather that you may encounter.

Some simple things to keep in mind when planning your GAME DAY FIT:
1. Dress for the weather!! There is a cute outfit no matter the weather, so don't try and wear a shorts in 20 degree weather because most likely everyone else will be dressed warm and you'll just look silly.

2. Wear shoes that you don't mind getting a little dirty... I have a pair of white fashion sneakers that I put in Penn State Laces! These are super easy to clean and if something were to happen to them, I wouldn't be too upset.

3. Be different! Don't wear the same exact shirt your 5 other girlfriends are wearing, stand out, it will go in your favor!

  • Overall dress + college shirt (or tube top) under
  • denim skirt and top
  • DIY a crop top ( I did this a few times: buy an iron on of your college logo and a cheap crop top and iron it one to make your own tailgate gear)
  • Bandana as a top and jeans

COLD WEATHER
  • Joggers!!
  • Denim on Denim look... wear a a pair of jeans, college shirt, and jean jacket
  • Sherpa Jacket
  • Fun Pants!! (striped, stars, distressed)
