Have you ever enjoyed a smoothie so good that it could turn around a crazy Monday? Well I have! I am so happy that I can share it with you! It is simple too... Just follow the recipe below! It's surly a recipe for happiness 😉😉

Mixed Berries and Banana Smoothie

PREP 5 min
YIELD 2 cups (1 to 2 servings)
LEVEL EASY

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 frozen ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Steps: 

Okaaayyy... this is honestly the easy part- just add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until perfection.
