College game day varies for each school, but one thing remains constant, and that's the importance of having an outfit that fits the occasion and is different from the rest. Since I go to Penn State (aka the best school EVER), and there is a such a wide rang of temperature for game days, I am going to show you a variety of options for any type of weather that you may encounter.
Some simple things to keep in mind when planning your GAME DAY FIT:
1. Dress for the weather!! There is a cute outfit no matter the weather, so don't try and wear a shorts in 20 degree weather because most likely everyone else will be dressed warm and you'll just look silly.
2. Wear shoes that you don't mind getting a little dirty... I have a pair of white fashion sneakers that I put in Penn State Laces! These are super easy to clean and if something were to happen to them, I wouldn't be too upset.
3. Be different! Don't wear the same exact shirt your 5 other girlfriends are wearing, stand out, it will go in your favor!

I hope these ideas help you be creative in planning your next game day outfit!
This Saylor dress is absolutely just DARLING! I love the new trend of 2 piece sets and jumpsuits but I have trouble finding ones that fit me right. Specifically because I am so tall. Though I have to say, this dress was the perfect solution and right in time for summer. It is strap less dress with a cut out at the stomach to give the effect of a two piece set. The top portion of the dress is a ribbed top that helps SO MUCH so that it doesn't fall down. I am always super weary about buying tops and dresses that are strapless, soly for the reason that I am afraid they are going to fall down.
In the front of the dress there is a strap of fabric that can be used to tie a bow in either the front or the back. I chose to tie the bow in the front to match the picture, but either would look great. The fabric is super light and it has an adorable pattern with pom pom and sequin trim at the bottom.
The down side? The dress is practically sold out almost everywhere! Though I did some searching and found some sizes left on one website that I linked on the photos below. I also paired this dress with a dainty Free People necklace that I also linked below.

I am obsessed with this long pink cardigan (for under $20)!!! It is the cutest accent piece but is also amazingly soft compared to most cardigans. I loved it so much I had to find a way to wear it not once, but two times.
Personally, when it comes to picking out clothes it is important to think about how many ways you can wear the piece you are buying. For sure I own pieces that are so extravagant that I only wear it once. BUT finding key staple pieces is really important to having a versatile closet. I am wearing an X-Small, but could have easily fit into a small for reference.

Since they are sure to run out of sizes and the color here is a look alike at the same price point. The shoes that I am wearing are so cute and match everything. These are great for running errands and easy to put on and off. I am wearing a size 8 in the shoes and would recommend going down a half size. This purse is also super fun, becuase it is SUPER CHEAP!!!

Thanks for stopping by Blonde in Pink! This is a spot for me to share everything from fashion to travel. I am currently based out of Philly but I am always visiting new places. If I had two words to describe my fashion it would be "Boho Chic". I started this blog in 2015 with inspiration to share my fashion ideas with friends and family, and soon Blonde in Pink began.
